Problem with blog category item viewing

It looks like there's a problem with viewing blog items by category if the category name is made of two or more words.

Problem: the system submits a two word category link as follows -> http://www.wisdems.org/news/press/category/Scott+Walker
possible solution: rewrite the "+" with %20 -> http://www.wisdems.org/news/press/category/Scott%20Walker
