Problem with the "File" option on the site tree

Although I'm able to create a new File on the site tree and specify which folder I want it to refer to, when I try to access the URL for that file I get a 500 error.

- State changed from “new” to “open”
I'll leave this open as it should be throwing a 404 instead of a 500, but otherwise if you pick a folder it shouldn't be showing a index of files, so a 404 would be correct.
