Web page title prefix

If you fill in a web title prefix in Options > Website
Configuration > Domain Options, that prefix should be inserted
into the page head's <title> tag, before the
page name, maybe with a separator, like:
<title><page title prefix> - <page
title></title>
Adding the prefix to the Title or Menu title in the Website >
Structure > page options is not a good solution, because then
the prefix becomes a visible part of either the page title or the
menu title. Although I may want the web site's full name to appear
in the head's <title> tag, that doesn't mean
that I want it showing up in the site's navigation links or page
names...

Adding the prefix to the Title or Menu title in the Website > Structure > page options isn't an acceptable approach since it makes the prefix a visible component of the page or menu title. Although I want the complete name of the website to display in the head's title> tag, I don't want it to appear in the site's navigation links or page names...
