Unclear, instructions for creating the menu in a framework.

This text in the framework example page describes how to change the menu.

In our case we want markup generated that looks like this (from the index.html file):

To achieve this we’ll need a simple site feature that looks like:

But, when I bring up editor for this the default markup has a

wrapping the <cms:section>. So, I just added the ul above inside this div.

Not sure, if the div should be saved. Or should I replace it with the ul?

Maybe an explicit instruction to replace the default contents with the ul?
