For the below text on the static-content page. http://www.webiva.net/doc/user/static-content

"Now click ‘Save Changes’ to save the page. You can click ‘Goto Page’ to go to the page on the front end of the website. You’ll notice a couple of tabs on the right side of the page ‘Edit’ and ‘Admin’ these are only visible when you are logged in as an editor and allow you to jump to editing the current page you are on and the “Website” tab of the admin background respectively"

The tab names on the right of the page are 'Edit Page', 'Dashboard" and "Structure".

Not sure what this means?
