Can't see Feedback module in the Content area.

As described on this page, http://www.webiva.net/doc/user/adding-a-blog
"You should see a content block for the “Feedback”
module that let’s you review comments and either approve or
remove them."

Added not about activating feedback permissions:
If you aren't logged into a sysadmin account, you may need to go to Options -> Permissions, click on the Blog tab, and give the editor account all three blog permissions and click "Update Blog Permissions" then click on the Feedback tag, check the permission there and click "Update Feedback Permissions."
