Can't see '/blog/post' when manually creating a blog post.

Following the below instructions.
"This will display a list of entries of a specific blog. Click on the center zone to add it to the page, which will add the paragraph and bring up the paragraph’s options. Select ‘Company Blog’ for the Blog to display options and ‘/blog/post’ as the blog detail page and leaving the other options as is, click ‘Update and close’ to save the paragraph options. Click save changes to save the page."
Can't find the '/blog/post' in the Blog Entry List Options dialog.
