Deleting active theme

Under Options you can delete a theme that's active (assigned to
a page). The theme modifier will still show in the website tree,
but if you try to edit the page you get an error:
NoMethodError in EditController#page You have a nil object when you
didn't expect it! The error occurred while evaluating
nil.parent_id
