cms tag disappeared

Created a custom content model with a US State select list and
built a form for http://lynch.libertyconcepts.com/action/get-a-lawn-sign;
while editing the site feature and refreshing the page, suddenly
started getting "Feature Definition Contains an Undefined
tag:undefined tag state'" error. Field no longer appears as
an available tag. Tried creating a new state select in content
model but it doesn't show up either...

- State changed from “new” to “invalid”
Looked at the form - the element in the publication was changed from "Input Field" to "Preset" so it no longer shows up in the form (preset's aren't the same thing as setting a default) - change it back to an input field in the "Lawn Sign Request Publication" to fix.
