Publishing entry (or its duplicates) in Blog

- Create Entry in blog with a title "Ut nulla: Vivamus bibendum,
nulla ut congue fringilla, lorem ipsum", keep publication status as
"Draft" and empty permalink field
- Save the entry
- Try to publish the entry (or its duplicates) from the list of all entries.
Result:
The entry (its duplicates) won't be published nor error message
comes up.
Possible solution:
Automatically limit new permalinks and permalinks for duplicated
entries to 64 symbols.
If I manually go to the entry and change status from Draft to
Published, I see the error:
Permalink is too long (maximum is 64 characters)
But no errors have been displayed during my attempt to publish more
than one entry from the list.
