Themes: cms_var + Image File Folder not working correctly

When I installed the green tech theme available on the website, it threw an error. The culprit seems to be these two lines:
<div id="logo"><cms:var name='Logo Image' type='image' default='logo.png'/></div>
<div id="header-image"><cms:var name='Header Image' type='image' default='header_image.jpg' description='A 960px Header image - replace with a zone for more flexability' /></div>
The Image File Folder for the theme is set to '/Themes/GreenTech Theme', but it doesn't properly locate the defaults 'Themes/GreenTech Theme/logo.png' and '/Themes/GreenTech Theme/header_image.jpg' and it throws an error when the page is drawn.
If you reset these two images by hand, then the theme works ok.
