shop: quantity variations

There is no default price adjustment for quantity variations, and the quantity price adjustments can only be set individually on the product. [It looks it may have been designed to work this way intentionally in which case the confusion is with the 'override' checkbox displayed for the quantity price adjustments for the product, since there is nothing to override.]
Unit cost seems to be always set to the quantity variation, regardless of any other cost modifiers.
